This case still makes me feel really sad. My client was out with his brothers when they got into a fight with some other kids. During the altercation, my client’s brother was shot and killed, and they charged my client with First Degree Murder. We were able to show that my client’s participation was completely minimal, and they dismissed the murder charges.
