I am one of the few attorneys in the state that seals arrests and I do a lot of them, but this one is still probably my favorite. I represented SP on an Assault case where his wife kicked him while he was sleeping and then called the police (of course they arrest the man). He was acquitted of that charge at trial. We then went back to Superior Court and had the arrest sealed because he never ever should have been arrested.
