This case was another one that was difficult for me. JS was a senior in high school who had an alcohol fueled sexual encounter that should not have happened. We were able to show that this was completely aberrant conduct. He earned a misdemeanor and did not have to register as a sex offender. JS is a great kid and I am really proud of him for working so hard to become a better person!
