Mr. BD was a young man who was driving a car on I10 when he was pulled over by the police. The vehicle allegedly contained marijuana and Mr. BD was looking at a significant prison term. Acting without probable cause, the deputies searched his vehicle illegally. The case was dismissed by a judge based on my motion.
