This was an exceptional trial for me because my client made such a great witness. He was looking at a minimum of ten years in prison on an Aggravated DUI. We were able to prove to the jury that he did not received sufficient notice of his suspension. He ran circles around the prosecutor while testifying, and we received a complete acquittal (not guilty on all counts).
