Another memorable trial for two reasons. Firstly, the co-defendant’s lawyer was one of the best attorneys I have ever known, Brian Metcalf (now retired) and I got to learn from the best. Secondly, this case involved a son and his Dad, beating the hell out of a creep who was trespassing and cursing out their Mother/Wife. The jury accepted our argument that the victim deserved it! (No one likes a creep).
